Key job responsibilities
Define the vision for Shopbop & Zappos Site Experience end-to-end.
Lead internal UX team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality design.
Continuously monitor and improve the user experience of the F2Subs brands, staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.
Architect scalable design systems and patterns that ensure efficiency and reduce complexity across brands.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, merchandising, and product management, to ensure that UX is integrated into all aspects of the product development process.
Spearhead AI-driven design initiatives that enhance shopping experiences for our customers and simplify complexity.
Present design work to key partners and executive leadership for review and alignment.
Lead UX team on best practices to conduct user interviews, usability testing, CXO frameworks, and other forms of research to inform design decisions.
About the team The Fashion Subsidiary Customer Experience org leads both Zappos and Shopbop businesses, with teams in New York, NY, Madison, WI, and Las Vegas, NV. You will report directly into the Chief CX Officer for Fashion Subsidiaries.
Basic Qualifications
10+ years of design experience
5+ years of leading multi-discipline Design teams (ie. visual design, interaction design, user research, etc.) experience
Experience managing teams
Experience leading a diverse team in the delivery of experiences from end to end (user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity visuals)
Have an online portfolio or samples of work on resume, demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns, across desktop and mobile devices
Bachelor's degree, or BS degree
Preferred Qualifications
Experience presenting to and effectively advising senior leaders outside of design
Experience embedding design within product teams for agile design and development collaboration
Experience in Fashion/E-commerce industry

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $162,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $268,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
