What you will be responsible for:
Responsible for system-level performance and reliability testing of Bitdeer’s ASIC mining hardware, ensuring product stability and compliance with engineering standards.
Develop and execute test plans covering electrical, thermal, and functional validation under various environmental conditions.
Conduct long-duration reliability and stress tests to evaluate hardware endurance, component lifespan, and system robustness.
Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and automation teams to define test coverage, methodologies, and success criteria.
Design and implement automated validation setups and measurement scripts for efficiency and repeatability.
Collect and analyze performance data to identify root causes of failure, degradation, or instability.
Document test results, generate detailed reports, and propose design or process improvement recommendations.
Perform benchmarking against competitor hardware and validate enhancements in power efficiency or performance metrics.
Support production and field teams by reproducing, analyzing, and troubleshooting test-related or customer-reported issues.
Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance test coverage, precision, and data analytics capability.
How you will stand out:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electronics, Computer Science, Communication Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of testing experience with servers, data center equipment, or similar high-end IT hardware products.
Familiar with server system architecture; understands the fundamental working principles of components such as CPU, memory, chipsets (e.g. PCH), PCIe, and BMC.
Proficient in testing theory and methodologies, mastering common techniques like black-box/white-box testing and boundary value analysis. Familiar with the server testing process flow and skilled in using at least one defect management tool (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
Proficient in using common test equipment such as digital oscilloscopes, multimeters, and programmable DC power supplies. Possesses basic signal measurement and debugging capabilities.
Strong sense of responsibility and rigorous quality awareness. Excellent logical analysis and problem-solving skills, with a passion for tackling technical challenges.
