About
Our distribution center in Nashville, Tennessee is looking for dedicated Distribution Center Associates to join our logistics team. In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks to support the efficient flow of goods through our facility. This can include receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, stocking merchandise, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for shipment. You will play a key part in ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all warehouse operations. We emphasize a culture of safety, and all associates are required to follow established safety protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. This role involves physical work, including standing for extended periods, walking, and moderate Lifting of items up to 40 pounds. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Wear required PPE diligently.
- Participate in inventory control activities.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and follow instructions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and moderate Lifting.
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse procedures.
- Commitment to safety and the proper use of PPE.
- Team player with good communication skills.
