*Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future* Job Summary: We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 7 to 9 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure Data Factory and Snowflake Tasks with a preference for those with experience in Industry Essentials. This role involves developing and optimizing data solutions to support our business objectives, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement data solutions using Azure Data Factory and Snowflake Tasks to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and translate them into technical specifications.
Optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability, ensuring efficient data processing and storage.
Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows to ensure smooth operations and timely data delivery.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Ensure data integrity and security by implementing best practices and compliance standards.
Conduct regular reviews and updates of data solutions to align with evolving business needs.
Utilize Industry Essentials knowledge to enhance data solutions and provide valuable insights.
Document data processes and solutions for transparency and future reference.
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
Contribute to the company’s purpose by enabling data-driven decision-making and improving operational efficiency.
Impact society by ensuring data solutions support sustainable and ethical business practices.
Work in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office work to maintain productivity and collaboration.
Qualifications:
Possess strong expertise in Azure Data Factory and Snowflake Tasks essential for the role.
Demonstrate experience in Industry Essentials which is a nice to have skill for this position.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Show proficiency in data integration, transformation, and storage techniques.
Have a strong understanding of data security and compliance standards.
Display effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Compensation:
Annual salary range: $108,000 to $120,000 USD
Bonus eligibility based on performance
