5+ years of professional experience in backend software engineering. Proven expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, or similar advanced AI technologies. Hands-on experience with open-source LLM frameworks and tools, with a strong understanding of their deployment and optimization. Proficient in cloud services (especially Google Cloud) and API development. Strong programming skills, particularly in

Go , with an emphasis on writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Passionate about leveraging technology to drive business innovation and improve customer experiences. Comfortable working in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments, with a proactive and adaptable mindset. Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable backend services that power AI-driven customer engagement solutions. Implement and integrate AI models, including LLM technologies, to deliver personalized and seamless customer interactions. Optimize backend systems for performance, scalability, and reliability to support real-time AI-driven workflows. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales and product managers, to innovate and refine AI-powered solutions.
