Director, Performance Analytics
is a highly motivated professional who combines strong analytical capabilities with solid financial insight and strategic thinking. This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and plays a critical support function within the Business Services team, contributing to operational effectiveness and the development of forward-looking business strategies. Priorities:
Build and maintain dynamic models to support scenario planning, growth initiatives, pricing strategies, etc. Evaluate potential investments (including technology, tools, etc.) and partnership opportunities through ROI and strategic fit lenses Business & Strategic Analysis
Analyze market and operational data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities Support the development of annual and quarterly business plans in collaboration with Practice Leaders Executive & Board Support
Draft and design clear, compelling materials for board meetings, executive sessions, and PE conversations Help translate complex financial or operational information into actionable insights Cross-functional Partnership
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives Bring critical thinking and structured problem-solving to ambiguous questions Storytelling & Communication
Synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights into a clear, compelling narrative that guides decision-making Craft presentations that do more than share data; they shape understanding, build alignment, and land a strategic point of view Structure materials with intention, building key takeaways that resonate with executives, board members, and other stakeholders The
Director, Performance Analytics
will have the following opportunities: Contribute to business development efforts, including attending select client pitches in collaboration with partners. Cultivate subject-matter expertise and networks within practice areas to support candidate and business development. Develop contacts and credibility that may lead to booking and leading searches independently. Represent the firm at relevant industry events, conferences, and professional forums to strengthen market presence and deepen sector knowledge. Ensure detailed and accurate business development forecasting for pipeline as well as data related to client and potential client interactions. Qualifications
The
Director, Performance Analytics
will possess the following skills, qualities, characteristics and competencies: 5+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, FP&A, corporate strategy, or a similar analytical role. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and forecasting skills. Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity and willingness to explore AI tools. Clear, concise communicator; both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to toggle between big-picture thinking and precision Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. Experience in professional services and exposure to M&A or partnership evaluation processes, preferred. Compensation and Benefits
Compensation for this role is between $90,000 and $110,000. The compensation package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k match, and generous PTO including sabbatical time and parental leave, as well as short- and long-term disability, life insurance, and FSA. This is a hybrid role, located at DSG Global's headquarters in Philadelphia.
