Key responsibilities
Be an expert in all Nordic products and technologies
Work alongside sales to provide complex technical consultation, anticipate and identify customer needs, and recommend Nordic products to meet those needs
Apply exceptional written and oral communication skills to lead business and technical discussions effectively
Conduct deep technical conversations and product demonstrations to external engineering teams and other technical stakeholders
Set and manage expectations with customer and team members
Provide technical support throughout the pre‑sales cycle for opportunities
Remain organized and focused on removing sales obstacles through creativity and adaptation to rapidly changes circumstances
Develop relationships with key customer contacts for growth within their group
Provide professional responses to customer RFPs / RFIs
Effectively position technology offering against competitive options
Be responsible for representing the products, company values, and brand to customer
Where needed, improve or develop technical documentation to ease understanding and customer usage of products and services
Capture requested features and provide feedback to Product Management, Marketing, and other internal teams
Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Qualification and skills
10+ years customer facing FAE, pre‑sales, consulting, or product management background required
Experience selling or supporting wireless networking solutions
Experience in consumer electronics and Cloud Computing preferred
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other related field
Basic knowledge of cloud technologies required
Working knowledge of Wireless Networking technologies such as but not limited to: BLE, WiFi, Thread, etc.
Will prioritize candidates with prior experience calling on major Bay Area customer andon Key/Strategic Accounts
Personal Skills
Must have intellectual curiosity, humility, accountability and positive approach
Ability to work independently with substantial latitude for action and decision making while maintaining focus on achieving optimal outcomes as part of a collaborative development effort
Strong presentation skills and presence, technical acumen, ability to simplify the complex, ability to work cross‑functionally

Salary &Benefits
The salary range for this role is (138,000 - 230,000 USD). Exact salary is determined by skills, qualifications, and experience.
