*What You’ll Do:*
*- *Provide 1:1 pediatric occupational therapy
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized, play-based treatment plans
- Collaborate with SLPs, PTs, and feeding therapists in a highly supportive environment
- Mentor and support COTAs as part of our team-based model
- Participate in leadership initiatives as we continue to grow (optional but encouraged!)
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with families and caregivers
*Flexible Scheduling That Fits Your Life*
We welcome traditional Monday–Friday 9–6 schedules, but also offer alternative options like:
* *4-day work weeks* with 10-hour shifts
* *Split schedules* such as some full days and shorter days
* *Saturday availability* for those who prefer weekends or want to increase earnings — _Saturday sessions earn an additional $10 per billable hour_

*What We’re Looking For:*
* Licensed OT in California (REQUIRED)
* Experience in Pediatrics preferred
* A desire to lead, mentor, or take initiative as we expand our team
* Strong interest in collaborative, interdisciplinary care
* Newer therapists with the right mindset and drive are also welcome
