As a pediatric therapy company, Hearts and Hands Therapy Services offers a full spectrum of services including physical, occupational, speech, and applied behavior analysis for children from birth through their 21st birthday. We are excited to be hiring at our South Atlanta clinic, featuring state-of-the-art equipment, and a growing therapy team and clientele. *Newly licensed therapists and new grads encouraged to apply! Clinical Fellow positions may be available for immediate start dates!*
We offer full-time and part-time positions for therapists interested in joining the Hearts and Hands team, to allow flexibility and autonomy in your schedule and workweek. *We have a traditional 5-day workweek with shifts 8 AM - 5 PM and 9 AM - 6 PM. We also have optional 4-day workweeks with hours 8 AM - 6 PM.*

Full-time SLP benefits include:
* Salaried full-time positions range $70,000 - 84,000 annually. This is a protected salary amount for full-time positions and does not have negative accrual (no loss for client cancellations).
* Clinical fellowship opportunities are available! Onsite mentorship and weekly dedicated CF mentor hours are built into the schedule. CF salary is a flat salary of $70,000 annually, and includes all eligible benefits and perks.
* Incentive bonuses paid biweekly in addition to standard salary, *adding $20,000 eligible to earn in addition to the base salary offered. *Clinical fellows completing their CFY are eligible to earn incentive pay on the same incentive scale, on top of base salary.
* Eligibility to receive treatment-based incentives, paid biweekly in addition to regular base salary. Over $20,000 in treatment based incentive pay is available annually.

Pediatric SLP job responsibilities:
* Evaluate patients and provide quality therapy services
* Plans and implements effective and appropriate treatment so that functional outcomes are achieved.
* Completes documentation, meeting company standards for content, accuracy, and timeliness.
* Includes family/caregiver in patient care and provides effective education and documentation appropriate for learning needs of patient and family.
