Bridge the gap between the architectural vision and practical development execution, ensuring that software products are well-designed and effectively developed and delivered. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence in software development. Qualifications
5+ years as a Software Developer, achieving a Senior status. 5+ years at a Director Level leading multiple teams. Previous senior-level experience in managing the development of SaaS software. Proven track record of successful project delivery. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members. Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies. Exceptional communication skills; capable of effectively articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience implementing and managing cloud infrastructure and services and deployment pipelines. Experience in secure coding best practices, site reliability best practices, and SDLC best practices.
