Senior Sales Engineer
Overview We are partnered with a fast-growing deep tech company developing advanced wireless connectivity solutions that are redefining how next‑generation IoT, wearable and secure communication devices connect and perform.
The business is now looking for an RF/IOT / Antenna Solution Sales engineer, eager to join a cutting‑edge team and drive commercial growth across Europe and North America/Asia.
You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle – from identifying opportunities and managing key accounts, to building strategic partnerships with OEMs, distributors and technology vendors.
This is a hands‑on, growth‑focused position suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic scale‑up environment and is motivated by both commercial and technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract close.
Build and grow relationships with customers and partners within the wireless, IoT and hardware sectors.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
Collaborate with internal engineering and leadership teams to shape proposals and technical solutions.
Attend and represent the company at industry trade shows and conferences, occasionally presenting to audiences.
Negotiate agreements with OEMs, distributors, and solution partners.
Contribute to go‑to‑market and channel strategies, helping to scale global sales operations.
Skills & Experience
4–5+ years of experience in technology or hardware sales, ideally within RF, wireless connectivity, IoT, or semiconductor components.
Strong understanding of wireless standards such as Bluetooth, Wi‑Fi, UWB, or cellular technologies.
Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage complex B2B deal cycles.
Experience selling into OEMs, ODMs, distributors, or SoC/module vendors is highly desirable.
Willingness to travel internationally for client and partner meetings.

£50,000–£70,000 base salary
100% OTE (performance‑based)
