About
Responsibilities
Set the sales strategy and achieve the market share targets for the region.
Lead, coach and mentor the sales team (MHD and LCV) to deliver on KPIs and conversion rates.
Drive profitability by ensuring adherence to sales products, campaigns and commercial vehicle best practice.
Analyse performance data to identify and execute commercial opportunities, improve participation and increase participation rates.
Represent the company at regional level and influence the vehicle retail business environment.
Qualifications
Experience of running a sales operation in the Commercial Vehicle/Capital Equipment industry.
Experience of leading, managing, coaching and mentoring people.
Formal training in Sales, leadership, communication and people skills would be valuable.
Strong leadership, coordination, support and direction to reflect the company’s market share targets.
Benefits & Compensation Basic salary up to £80,000 + up to 30% KPI driven bonus scheme, 10% matched pension, private healthcare, company car and holiday entitlement starting at 25 days + bank holidays.
