• Greet guests with warmth and guide them through our four-part selling style - Welcome, Initiate, Suggest, Help.
• Learn all about our products and help guests find exactly what they need for a great day on the mountain or in the village. (Don't worry, we do lots of product knowledge training for you!)
• Support daily retail operations including sales, merchandising, and inventory management.
• Provide direction to sales associates, promote a culture of teamwork and lead by example.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and end-of-day reporting.
• Serve as the first point of contact for guest questions about gear, apparel, and resort services.
• Assist with onboarding and training new associates on products, policies, and guest service practices.

• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Comfortable working indoors - it can get lively when the slopes are busy!
• Flexibility to work which includes weekends, evenings, holidays - we're all about teamwork and good vibes.
• Ability to communicate, solve problems, strong decision-making skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform frequent lifting and carrying and stand for long periods of time.
