Rogers Sales Representative Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with prospective and existing customers through in-person interactions to assess needs and deliver tailored telecommunications solutions.
- Confidently promote and represent leading products and services, providing clear, accurate, and personalized information.
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships by fostering trust and delivering a consistently positive experience.
- Stay knowledgeable on current promotions, pricing incentives, and bundled service offerings to guide informed customer decisions.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to support continuous improvements in service delivery and overall experience.
- Meet and exceed individual and Rogers Sales Representativeteam sales goals while contributing to a collaborative, results-driven environment.
Rogers Sales Representative Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a plus.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, account management, or another customer-facing role preferred.
- Prior experience as a Rogers Sales Representative is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire for growth and professional development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport.
- Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling customer information.
- Comfortable working with diverse audiences in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
