Marketing & Brand Lead (Part-Time → Full-Time)

Fergo Group is a growing real estate investment and brokerage company focused on multifamily and commercial properties across Ontario. As we prepare for significant growth in 2026, we are looking to strengthen our internal marketing function and are hiring a Marketing & Brand Lead to help guide and execute our marketing efforts.

This is a hands-on, in-office role for someone with experience in marketing, branding, and digital content who can help point us in the right direction while remaining involved in day-to-day execution. The role will start part-time with a clear opportunity to grow into a full-time position as the company scales.

What you'll be doing

• Helping shape and execute Fergo Group's marketing and branding direction
• Managing and supporting social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Planning and executing content calendars
• Filming and editing on-site video content at properties, projects, and events
• Creating and managing marketing assets including video, digital content, and basic graphics
• Supporting marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Helping maintain a cohesive digital presence across social platforms, website, and CRM tools
• Assisting with marketing for rental units and listings
• Providing general support across growth initiatives and property management-related tasks

• Experience in marketing, branding, or digital content
• Comfortable guiding marketing direction while staying hands-on
• Strong understanding of social media and digital platforms
• Organized, proactive, and self-directed
• Hungry, motivated, and excited to help grow a company

Requirements

• Must have a reliable vehicle (travel to properties required)
• Comfortable filming and editing video
• Willing to work in-office in Windsor
• Camera equipment is an asset

Nice to have

• Experience in real estate, development, or property management
• Experience with paid ads or email marketing
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
