We value people who thrive in fast-paced environments, communicate clearly, and take full ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high‑performance systems in C#/.NET for real-time pricing, analytics, and portfolio/risk workflows.
  • Own projects end‑to‑end and partner with PMs, Quant Research, Data, and Risk to clarify requirements, produce technical designs, and deliver production software.
  • Drive adoption of modern engineering practices and contribute to platform standards (APIs, messaging, data models, testing, deployment, code quality).
  • Mentor and unblock teammates; contribute to design reviews and code reviews.
  • Improve platform reliability through proactive issue detection, observability, performance tuning, and robust failure handling.
  • Participate in a support/on-call rotation, ensuring platform stability and timely responses to user requests.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional software development experience in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
  • Strong experience in architecting and developing distributed, real-time systems using messaging technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of T-SQL and practical experience with data modelling.
  • Capital market experience in Rates, Credit, Equity, or Commodities.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality, reliable software in fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Python experience, including integrating .NET APIs with Python.
  • Experience developing Excel-based tooling for financial analytics.
