Signarama Quinte are a busy, growing company looking for a reliable, positive, and organized team member to help keep our operations running smoothly. If you enjoy a mix of bookkeeping, customer service, and coordination work, this role is for you

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general bookkeeping tasks (invoicing, recording payments, updating accounts)
  • Proactively follow up on late payments and maintain accurate A/R records
  • Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, professional support
  • Manage sales orders from start to finish
  • Schedule crews and ensure job details are communicated and completed
  • Assist with general office tasks as needed
  • Maintain a positive, team-focused attitude in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • Experience with bookkeeping or accounting software (QuickBooks or similar)
  • Strong communication skills; comfortable calling customers about overdue payments
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Customer-service mindset with a positive, outgoing personality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong phone etiquette and scheduling skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
