Signarama Quinte are a busy, growing company looking for a reliable, positive, and organized team member to help keep our operations running smoothly. If you enjoy a mix of bookkeeping, customer service, and coordination work, this role is for you
Responsibilities:
- Perform general bookkeeping tasks (invoicing, recording payments, updating accounts)
- Proactively follow up on late payments and maintain accurate A/R records
- Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, professional support
- Manage sales orders from start to finish
- Schedule crews and ensure job details are communicated and completed
- Assist with general office tasks as needed
- Maintain a positive, team-focused attitude in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Experience with bookkeeping or accounting software (QuickBooks or similar)
- Strong communication skills; comfortable calling customers about overdue payments
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Customer-service mindset with a positive, outgoing personality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong phone etiquette and scheduling skills

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
