Site Director – Corporate Security

iGuard360 is seeking an experienced and professional Site Director to oversee security operations at one of our prestigious corporate client sites. This is a high-profile leadership position requiring a proactive, confident, and detail-oriented professional who can deliver exceptional service standards in a corporate environment.

As the Site Director, you will be responsible for the overall management, coordination, and execution of security operations, ensuring the safety, professionalism, and efficiency of all personnel and activities on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of all on-site security staff and supervisors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the client's management team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
• Implement and monitor security protocols, access control, and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and performance evaluations.
• Prepare detailed incident and operational reports for both internal and client review.
• Lead, mentor, and develop security personnel to uphold professional and service excellence standards.
• Manage scheduling, attendance, and policy compliance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all security-related matters, ensuring consistent and transparent communication with all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum
  5-6 years of experience
  in a senior or site management role within corporate or high-end security environments.

Ontario G Driver's License.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing large teams in fast-paced, client-focused settings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with proficiency in report writing and scheduling tools.
- Professional appearance, demeanor, and conduct at all times.
- Experience in executive protection or corporate security operations considered an asset.
