Pizza Maker/Cashier

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pizza Cook to join our vibrant restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing delicious pizzas and other menu items, ensuring food quality and safety standards are met. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications
• Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
• Ensure all food is cooked to the proper temperature and presented attractively
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards
• Handle food safely, following proper sanitation procedures and handling protocols
• Serve customers at the counter or in the dining area with professionalism and friendliness
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for staff and customers
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service preferred, especially in a restaurant or kitchen setting
• Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
• Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques specific to pizza making
• Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• Food industry experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential
