What You'll Do:
Guest Experience and Service Excellence:
- By working closely with the team on the floor, identify opportunities to enhance the overall guest experience and drive revenue growth within the food and beverage department.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and implement initiatives to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty and brand exposure.
- Lead by example by fostering a culture of hospitality and teamwork among staff, and empowering team members to deliver exceptional service.
- Improve and maintain guest reviews.
Sales and Revenue Management:
- Drive revenue growth and achieve financial targets.
- Assist the restaurant manager in budgeting and cost control efforts.
- Meet budgeted sales targets and pre-defined KPI's.
- Monitor sales performance and expenses to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate on strategies to increase sales, improve profitability, and reduce costs without sacrificing quality or service.
Day to Day Operations:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
- Schedule shifts and assign duties to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours.
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency are delivered with every dish before it hits the table and ensure consistency and adherence to recipes and standards.
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, friendly, and efficient service at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, striving to resolve issues promptly and to the customer's satisfaction.
- Monitor the dining area and intervene as needed to address any issues or concerns raised by customers.
- Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere to enhance the overall dining experience.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation throughout the restaurant.
- Conduct regular inspections of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Receive and inspect deliveries to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
Host daily pre-shift and weekly meetings.
Training and Development:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of food and beverage professionals.
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to staff to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance.
- Deliver on-point service every shift.
- Address any performance issues or conflicts among staff members in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, encouraging staff to grow and advance within the organization.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, as well as maintaining quality standards in food preparation, presentation, and service.

What You'll Need:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
