About

For the PM who's tired of chaos and ready for a company that actually runs things properly.

The Role Experienced PMs Switch Companies For

If you're a Commercial Roofing Project Manager, you already know the truth:

Most roofing companies run on panic , last-minute scrambling, unclear communication, and crews putting out fires all day. You're the one holding it all together — but without the systems, support, or respect you deserve.

Raven Roofing is the opposite.

We've been one of BC's most trusted commercial roofing contractors for decades — RCABC-certified, known for clean sites, proper processes, and finishing jobs on time and on budget.

Our Project Managers run real projects , not daily emergencies.
If that sounds like a breath of fresh air… keep reading.

WHAT YOU'LL LEAD

You will manage commercial flat-roofing projects from tender to close-out with full authority and the backing of a leadership team who understands roofing — not just spreadsheets.

You'll be in charge of:

  • Managing multiple commercial & multi-residential roofing projects
  • Leading crews and superintendents with clarity (no babysitting)
  • Scheduling, planning, and problem-solving before issues hit the site
  • Budget, quality control, safety, and documentation
  • Client communication that builds confidence — not confusion
  • Preparing takeoffs, estimates, and tender packages
  • Attending tender meetings & site walks
  • Ordering materials and coordinating with suppliers
  • Providing instructions to roofing foremen and field leadership
  • Working with building owners on re-roofing proposals
  • Ensuring Raven standards are met on every site: clean, safe, professional

You aren't just "running jobs."
You're running the show.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 2–5+ years of commercial flat roofing PM or estimator experience
  • Strong knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, SBS, BUR systems
  • Experienced with tenders, takeoffs, and reading specs
  • Confident with clients, crews, and consultants
  • Organized and forward-thinking — always 2 steps ahead
  • Calm under pressure, solutions-first, and respected by field staff
  • Physically capable of accessing roofs & doing site assessments
  • Customer-focused and professional in communication
  • Red Seal, ABT Diploma, or Construction PM background is a bonus

You lead with respect, not ego.
You communicate clearly.
You run organized, profitable, smooth projects — and want a company that matches that.

WHY PROJECT MANAGERS CHOOSE RAVEN ROOFING

Raven is not a revolving-door roofing company.

We are:

  • Long-standing RCABC members
  • Known for quality, integrity, and delivering on our word
  • Stable, reputable, and respected across the Lower Mainland
  • A company where PMs have real influence and don't fight upstream every day
  • A workplace where leadership listens and invests in your success

This is a career, not just another job.

WHAT YOU GET

  • Top-tier compensation (we pay for talent)
  • Extensive benefits package — health, dental, vision, life, disability
  • Supportive leadership, organized systems, and a professional environment
  • A strong pipeline of commercial, industrial, institutional & multi-residential work
  • A long-term role with stability in a company known for quality

Raven projects are the ones you can point to years later and say,
"I ran that — and I'm proud of it."

Ready to lead the kind of projects you actually want to put your name on?
