L'aromas Skycafe is looking for a talented and energetic Chef to lead our kitchen at our busy airport café—serving breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner to travelers, crew members, and locals alike. What You'll Do

· Lead daily kitchen operations for all dayparts: breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner

· Oversee food preparation, cooking, presentation, and quality control

· Create and execute menus that are efficient, consistent, and traveller-friendly

· Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards

· Ensure food safety, sanitation, and compliance with airport and company policies

· Manage inventory, ordering, waste control, and cost efficiency

· Collaborate with management on menu development, specials, and seasonal items

· Maintain a clean, organized, and positive work environment

· Uphold L'aromas values of teamwork, hospitality, and community connection

What We're Looking For

· Proven experience as a Chef or strong Sous Chef ready for the next step

· Ability to perform under pressure and maintain consistency during peak travel times

· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

· Solid knowledge of food safety, prep systems, and kitchen best practices

· Creative, resourceful, and passionate about fresh, approachable food

· Experience in high-volume or café-style kitchens is a strong asset

· Flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and airport operating hours
