Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista and Server to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to manage time efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor will contribute to our customers' overall experience. Weekend availability is required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Operate the POS system for processing transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and basic math calculations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, adhering to food safety and handling standards.
- Engage with customers, taking their orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Assist in food preparation and serving, ensuring all items meet quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and communicate needs to management.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of Previous barista experience and experience in the food industry is required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patrons.
- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations is essential.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.85-$19.00 per hour
