The Logistics And Sales Representative is responsible for coordinating the movement of goods while supporting sales activities and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role serves as a key link between clients, operations, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, accurate order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and skilled at balancing operational logistics with sales support. Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Operations Coordinate shipping, receiving, and delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders. Track inventory levels, shipments, and order status; resolve discrepancies as needed. Communicate with warehouses, carriers, and internal teams to support smooth logistics operations. Prepare and maintain documentation such as invoices, delivery confirmations, and shipping records. Identify and resolve logistical issues to minimize delays and service disruptions. Sales & Customer Support Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding orders, delivery timelines, and product availability. Support sales activities by processing orders, preparing quotes, and updating customer records. Build and maintain positive client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up. Assist in identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities based on customer needs. Address customer concerns professionally and work toward timely resolution. Administrative & Reporting Maintain accurate records in CRM, order management, or inventory systems. Prepare basic sales and logistics reports as required. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and service-level expectations. Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer service and relationship management experience Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of logistics, supply chain, or order fulfillment processes Sales support or sales experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications
Experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, or staffing environments Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems Work Environment
Office, warehouse, or hybrid setting depending on organization May require coordination with multiple departments and external partners
