Multi Skilled Engineer
to join their team and play a vital role in maintaining and repairing student accommodation sites across Kingston and Surbiton.
The Role of the Multi Skilled Engineer
As a
Multi Skilled Engineer , you will be responsible for performing both planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of systems, including electrical, water, fire alarms, building fabric, plumbing, and even minor decorating. Your duties will involve: Responding to maintenance requests during and outside of normal working hours as part of an on-call rota Monitoring and maintaining mechanical systems and plant rooms Inspecting and repairing fixtures, fittings, and furniture Supporting contractor management and stock control Ensuring safety and compliance with company policies
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate for this
Multi Skilled Engineer
role will possess: An NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade Extensive experience in a similar maintenance role Excellent communication, organisation, and IT skills The ability to work independently as well as part of a team A full UK driving licence and good physical fitness
