You will help build and evolve our advertising platforms and ad tech that enable users to discover products, plan campaigns, target audiences using powerful proprietary data, manage content and campaigns, bid for inventory in real time, and understand performance and impact. A core part of the role is ensuring these platforms deliver an outstanding user experience while operating reliably, securely, and cost effectively at significant scale. You will also support the responsible use of AI across our products as we embed intelligence into our offerings. Role Focus
As an Engineering Manager, you are accountable for people leadership, delivery excellence, and engineering culture. You will empower your teams to build high‑quality systems across our stack and enable the business to deliver advertising products and platforms at scale. What You Will Do
Lead, coach, and develop a team of engineers across multiple levels Build a culture of learning, trust, experimentation, and high standards Partner closely with Product, User Experience, Data and Commercial teams to deliver meaningful outcomes Provide strong technical judgement to support architecture and design decisions Drive effective Agile delivery, healthy team rituals, and continuous improvement Ensure high quality engineering practices including TDD, code reviews, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code Own hiring, onboarding, performance, and long‑term development for your teams Monitor reliability, delivery velocity, and engineering quality metrics Champion inclusion, psychological safety, and sustainable ways of working What You Will Bring
Experience leading engineering teams in a modern, cloud‑native environment Background in ad tech, media, SaaS, marketplaces, or other data‑driven, commercial platforms Full stack understanding, with the ability to engage deeply in technical discussions Strong technical foundations in modern stacks. You do not need to code daily, but you must understand systems deeply Experience delivering products at scale using Agile methodologies A disciplined, data‑informed approach to software delivery and continuous improvement The ability to inspire, coach, and grow engineers at all stages of their careers Strong stakeholder management and clear, confident communication A pragmatic mindset focused on outcomes over perfection How Success Is Measured

React, Next.js, TypeScript Backend and Services
Node.js, Python, serverless architectures Datastores
SQL and NoSQL technologies such as Postgres and DynamoDB Cloud and Infrastructure
AWS including Lambda, CloudWatch, API Gateway, and S3. Infrastructure as Code using Terraform. Ways of Working
Agile delivery, embedded non‑functional requirements for scale, CI/CD automation, test‑driven development, observability, and modern DevOps practices.
