Join our dedicated team as a Warehouse Worker in Baltimore, Maryland! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to contribute to our efficient warehouse operations. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in a variety of tasks that support the smooth flow of goods through our logistics hub. This includes receiving and stocking merchandise, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for shipment. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, ensuring a safe and productive environment for everyone. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential. We prioritize safety above all else and expect all team members to adhere to our stringent safety guidelines and utilize provided PPE.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer specifications.
- Stage outgoing shipments for transportation.
- Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks to move materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations, including proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Contribute to the efficiency of our logistics operations through diligent work.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety principles.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
