We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Warehouse Workers to join our growing team in Columbus, Ohio. Your responsibilities will include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload deliveries, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Store received goods in designated locations, maintaining an organized inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using order sheets or scanning equipment.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and assist with stocktaking.
- Adhere to all company **Safety** policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of **PPE**.
- Perform general warehouse housekeeping duties.
- Assist with **Lifting** of materials, following safe manual handling techniques and **Logistics** best practices.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial but not required; training provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods.
- Must be capable of **Lifting** up to 50 pounds independently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Understanding of basic **Logistics** principles is a plus.
- Willingness to strictly follow **Safety** guidelines and wear assigned **PPE**.
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
