*Overview*
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Technician to join our automotive team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in automotive repair with an emphasis in automotive diagnostics. As a Master Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality of service and repair for our customers. Your expertise will not only enhance the performance of vehicles but also contribute to the overall success of our business.
*Duties*
* Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics and repairs on a variety of vehicles, utilizing advanced tools and technologies.
* Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively for various repair tasks.
* Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems.
* Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, fluid changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations and tire mount and balances.
* Be able to remove and replace engine assemblies and transmission assemblies.
* Collaborate with service technicians to provide training and guidance on best practices in automotive repair.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
* Execute welding tasks as necessary for vehicle repairs or modifications.
*Requirements*
* Proven experience as a Master Technician or similar role within an automotive dealership or repair facility.
* Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in automotive diagnostics and repair techniques.
* Proficient in using power tools, diagnostic equipment, and software applications related to automotive service.
* Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
* Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
* A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications in automotive repair are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 42 per week
