*Overview*
We are looking for a Product Manager who will take full ownership of identifying and delivering growth opportunities across our customer and partner journeys. This role focuses exclusively on increasing revenue through targeted upsell and cross sell initiatives across web, app, CRM, integrations and offline touchpoints.
You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Engineering, Customers, Suppliers and Partners to create a roadmap dedicated to measurable commercial outcomes. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys operating close to data and with conversion and activation mechanics.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Own the growth roadmap, focusing on upsell, cross sell and activation improvements.
* Analyse user behaviour, funnel performance and segment data to identify commercially valuable opportunities with your counterpart on the commercial team.
* Design and run experiments that drive uplift in conversion, attachment rate and average revenue per customer.
* Embed yourself with Engineering to deliver optimised journeys across digital channels including web, app and CRM triggers.
* Define and embed cross sell and upgrade pathways in analogue channels such as support calls and account management.
* Work with Marketing to improve in-product messaging, lifecycle communications and promotional mechanics.
* Produce clear business cases and prioritisation proposals for growth initiatives.
* Track performance with measurable KPIs and communicate results to senior stakeholders.
Skills and Experience
* Strong experience as a Product Manager, Growth PM or Performance-focused PM.
* Demonstrable success improving conversion, activation or ARPU within a digital product or service environment.
* Comfortable working with data, experimentation, funnel metrics and behavioural insight.
* Ability to translate commercial goals into product changes that can be delivered by Engineering.
* Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Operations on cross functional growth initiatives.
* Strong understanding of user journeys across both digital and offline touchpoints.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Comfortable working in a pragmatic, delivery focused environment.

Within the first 90 days
* Shipped a structured upsell and cross sell framework across key journeys.
* Nailed our Pre-Qualification strategy.
* Delivered measurable uplift in conversion and attachment rates across core product lines.
* Introduced experiment-driven decision making and clear measurement for growth initiatives.
* Identified new opportunities that directly increase revenue and customer value.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £45,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
