Executive Assistant – Corporate Advisory Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to a senior executive and leadership team within a corporate advisory environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth operations, effective coordination, and high-quality execution of internal and client-facing activities.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and confident supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, professional setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and correspondence for senior leadership

  • Act as a primary administrative point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

  • Coordinate meetings, events, and client-facing activities (virtual and in-person)

  • Support onboarding and ongoing engagement activities for advisory programs

  • Assist with preparation of presentations, reports, and briefing materials

  • Track action items, follow-ups, and key deliverables from meetings

  • Organize and maintain content libraries, records, and operational materials

  • Support special projects and ad hoc initiatives as assigned

  • Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Qualifications
  • 2–4+ years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, or executive support role

  • Experience supporting senior leaders or executives is preferred

  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

  • Proficient with standard office tools and presentation software

  • Post-secondary education preferred but not required
