- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm.
- Employment Type: Full-time.

The Administrative Assistant is an essential brand-building role within our dealership, responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional customer service. Your tasks will include:
- Performing administrative duties such as data entry (option codes), processing daily cash outs, and managing records.
- Recording customer information in our CRM system and making/documenting follow-up calls.
- Greeting guests in the dealership, assisting them with their needs, and ensuring they are promptly directed to the right person or department.
- Capturing and entering sales lead data as required.
- Answering and transferring incoming calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Managing office supplies (e.g., stationery, business cards, spare parts orders).
- Handling all mail and courier services, including preparing packages, coordinating pick-up/delivery, and resolving related issues.
- Supporting social media and marketing efforts when needed.
- Providing additional administrative support and completing other duties as assigned.
We are looking for a candidate who brings a mix of professionalism, customer service focus, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or accounting support role.
- An Administrative Assistant certificate (asset, but not required).
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Passion for customer service and a professional, solution-oriented mindset.
- High degree of honesty, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Strong ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite.
- Experience with social media platforms and creative content skills.
- Experience with CDK software (asset).
