Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager or Service Center Manager in our Grande Prairie, AB location. The Manager will oversee daily operations, manage a team, and engage with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels. Responsibilities include coordinating service schedules, inventory management, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and implementing strategies for operational efficiency. Additionally, the manager will play a key role in fostering a collaborative work environment and maintaining strong customer relationships.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

·       Lead and mentor a team of customer service and inside sales representatives

·       Ensure timely and accurate order processing, quotations, and customer communications

·       Build strong relationships with key accounts and resolve escalated customer issues

·       Collaborate with the outside sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

·       Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements

·       Train staff in new products, procedures, and system updates

·       Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge to support the team effectively

·       Participate in internal meetings to relay customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

·       Work with internal teams to identify and develop value propositions for strategic accounts to increase sales of core products and increase customer engagement.

·       Work safely, lead by example and positively contribute corporate culture.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

· years of experience in customer service or inside sales, preferably in industrial supply or distribution

·       Prior leadership or supervisory experience

·       Strong knowledge of bearings, power transmission products, and industrial applications

·       Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

·       Experience with ERP/order entry systems and Microsoft Office

·       A customer-first mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure

·       Strong understanding of products, services, or solutions relevant to the company's offerings.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.

·       Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
