Experienced Residential Cleaner

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces to meet high cleanliness standards
• Laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
• Prepare homes for clients by organizing spaces and ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently
• Manage time effectively to complete scheduled appointments within designated timeframes
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any issues or shortages promptly
• Uphold safety standards and adhere to company policies during all cleaning activities

Skills

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus for communicating with diverse clients
• Strong cleaning skills with experience in residential cleaning preferred
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently
• Ability to perform light cooking or meal prep as needed for client requests (nice-to-have)
• Effective laundry handling and garment care abilities
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Good communication skills to understand client needs and provide updates as necessary
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
• Prior experience in hospitality or related fields is advantageous but not required
