Overview
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This role is essential for supporting various construction, maintenance, and operational projects across our facilities. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to team efforts in a dynamic work environment. Prior experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided to ensure success in the role.

Duties

  • Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment on-site
  • Perform general manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving supplies
  • Support skilled tradespeople by preparing work areas and handling basic tasks
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites to ensure safety standards are met
  • Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision
  • Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents immediately
  • Assist with site cleanup and waste disposal after project completion

Requirements

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
  • Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures and guidelines
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
  • Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Reliable transportation to job sites as needed
  • Willingness to learn new skills and take on diverse responsibilities
  • Must be at least 18 years old or older

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.75-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
