This job requires the following tasks :

• Responsible for your stations prep
• Work well in a small team environment and a professional kitchen with pride in their food
• Overall cleanliness of work space expected
• Keeps work station clean and organized including fridge's, freezers and countertops
• Daily cleaning of kitchen

** Experience in Fine dining kitchen is a plus **
