Join Our Team as a Payroll & Administration Coordinator
Location: La Salle, MB | Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
As the Payroll & Administration Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient payroll operations, maintaining important documentation, and contributing to our dynamic people-first culture. This is a dynamic and multi-faceted role—perfect for someone who thrives on keeping things organized, enjoys working with people, and values accuracy and accountability.
Your responsibilities:
- Payroll & HRIS Administration
- Onboard employees through PayWorks and Paychex, collect and process payroll data, maintain up-to-date payroll records, manage wage changes, and assist with year-end reporting.
- Benefits Administration -
Oversee benefit enrollments, calculate and track deductions, update employee benefit files, and support periodic benefits audits. - Employee Record and General HR Support -
Maintain accurate employee files for both Canada and the U.S., update HR documents such as forms and SOPs, manage onboarding templates through DocuSign, and respond to employee inquiries. - Health & Safety -
Ensure all employee Health and Safety related documents are maintained accurately in the HRIS and handle DOT-required employment verifications.

You will bring:
- Education or practical experience in Human Resources and/or Payroll (Required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Payworks, Paychex, and DocuSign (Asset)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information
- A positive, adaptable attitude and a customer-service mindset
- Bonus: Bilingual in French and English or Spanish and English is considered an asset
