Leavens Chrysler is growing, and we're looking for an experienced and driven Pre-Owned Sales Manager to lead our used vehicle operations. If you're motivated by results, thrive in a fast-paced, high-reward environment, and believe in leading with integrity, we want to hear from you.

About the Role:

As the Pre-Owned Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for sourcing and purchasing inventory through various channels—including auctions, private sellers, and creative sourcing methods. You'll manage inventory levels to ensure a fast-turning, profitable selection of pre-owned vehicles, oversee reconditioning standards, and lead online merchandising efforts to maximize exposure and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically source and purchase used vehicle inventory
  • Work with salespeople desking deals, following up with clients, closing deals
  • Analyze market and sales data to make informed buying decisions
  • Accurately appraise trade-ins and direct purchase vehicles
  • Ensure timely reconditioning and merchandising of inventory
  • Maintain proper stock levels to meet market demand and profitability goals
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Uphold high standards for vehicle presentation both online and on the lot
  • Lead by example with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven success in automotive sales or management, particularly in pre-owned operations
  • OMVIC license (or ability to obtain immediately)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to assess vehicle values and market demand
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays
  • Valid G-Class Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to coach and develop others
