True North Veterinary Eye Care is looking to add to its dream team as Manitoba's first full-service Ophthalmology practice. Our vision is to offer state-of-the-art specialty care that will have an impact within Manitoba and beyond. We have ambitious goals, but at our core, we are a patient-centered, family-oriented, independently owned practice. As our big goals extend beyond work, we offer a four-day work week with no weekends. We are based out of our stand-alone facility at 75 Henlow Bay, Winnipeg. We are looking for a full-time receptionist (veterinary experience/knowledge an asset but not required) to add to our small but fun and mighty team. We are looking for someone who is a team player with strong communication skills, excels in customer service, can multi-task and handle a fast-paced environment.

Schedule
– Starting January 2026 Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs 32-36 hours/week
– Availability to stay late on an as needed basis
– No weekend or overnight work

Compensation
– Competitive compensation based on experience

Job duties include but are not limited to:

· General office support - answering phones and emails, booking appointments

· Greet clients and patients, taking weights

· Preparing medical records

· Taking/processing payments

· Medication filling / refills

· Laundry

· Maintenance and cleaning of rooms and clinic
