Fleetway is hiring an Intermediate Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Analyst to help shape the future of Canada's naval fleet. In this role, you'll support the development of maintenance strategies and sparing solutions, ensuring the right parts are available at the right time. You'll work closely with engineering teams to analyze data, forecast demand, and contribute to life cycle support planning for complex marine systems.
Reporting to the Manager, Service Delivery, you'll assist in performing and reviewing Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) and Availability, Reliability & Maintainability (AR&M) activities. You'll help deliver high-quality ILS data to subcontractors, management, and customers, and support quality assurance and control efforts across ILS deliverables.

Responsibilities- Support the preparation and review of ILS documentation, including Logistic Support Analysis (LSA), Level of Repair Analysis, Life Cycle Costing, Sparing Analysis, and Maintenance Task Analysis.
- Assist in reliability and maintainability assessments such as reliability predictions, block modeling, FMECA, Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), and availability forecasting to inform marine system design.
- Contribute to the review of customer requirements, design changes, and vendor data to help plan and execute LSA and AR&M activities throughout the product life cycle.
- Conduct research and technical studies related to maintenance strategies, reliability, and logistics support.
- Support proposal development by preparing estimates, work breakdown structures, technical responses, and presentations.
- Collaborate with and provide guidance to team members to ensure quality deliverables and foster technical growth within the group.
Education
- Diploma in Engineering Technology or equivalent Navy Certification.
Experience & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience applying Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) and Availability, Reliability & Maintainability (AR&M) principles.
- Familiarity with military and commercial ILS standards (e.g., MIL-STD-1388-2B, MIL-STD-472, SAE GEIA-STD-0007, S3000L).
- Skilled in using software tools and models for analysis, simulation, and documentation.
- Professional Engineering (P.Eng) or Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) designation is an asset.
- Membership in relevant professional organizations (e.g., PMI, SNAME, SAE, IEEE, ASQ, SOLE) is considered an asset.
