About

Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA at Behavior Genius, you will do more than write treatment plans — you'll play a key role in shaping the future of therapy, mentoring the next generation of clinicians, and helping families feel seen, supported, and empowered.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices and aligned with our Inclusive Therapy Model.

  • Provide high-quality supervision, coaching, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and RBTs, fostering accountability and professional growth.

  • Deliver parent and caregiver training to support skill generalization in homes and communities.

  • Collaborate across departments (Clinical, Scheduling, Intake, Family Services) to ensure smooth and family-centered care.

  • Track client outcomes and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans.

  • Uphold Behavior Genius' commitment to compliance, ethics, and quality care.

  • Actively contribute to the growth of our clinical programs and participate in monthly parent webinars and community initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.

  • Current BCBA certification and state licensure (if applicable).

  • Strong clinical skills and ability to adapt to diverse client needs.

  • Experience in supervision, coaching, and staff development.

  • Passion for innovation, collaboration, and serving families from underserved communities.

  • Alignment with our values of stewardship, integrity, and excellence.

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay with performance-based growth opportunities.

  • Flexible service delivery models (center-based, in-home, community, and telehealth).

  • A strong culture of mentorship and leadership development.

  • Opportunities to contribute to innovative programs like Social iCUE, Peer Collab, and our Community Integration Program.

  • Monthly professional development and CEU opportunities.

  • Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, PTO, retirement options).

  • A mission-driven team that values your voice and invests in your growth.
