Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic
Education & Sales Coordinator
. This position is perfect for an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives on planning, coordination, and collaboration. You'll be at the heart of our academy operations, supporting educators, managing events, and ensuring seamless execution of programs that inspire and elevate our brand. If you love juggling multiple projects, creating memorable experiences, and making things happen, this is your chance to shine

Key Responsibilities:

Education Support



Event & Class Coordination:
Plan in-person and virtual classes, seminars, and workshops. Manage schedules, attendee lists, materials, and technical support.



Academy Operations:
Organize academy materials, product lists, gift bags, diplomas, and session requirements.



Educator Support:
Arrange travel, accommodations, itineraries, and approve expense reports for educators and technical advisors.



Product Testing Program:
Collaborate with the Director of Education to manage all aspects of product testing, including stylist communication, shipment coordination, tracking, surveys, and feedback analysis.



Online Education Tracking:
Monitor participation, engagement, and performance in online education programs.



Reporting & Evaluation:
Maintain attendance records, collect feedback, and analyze ROI to measure program effectiveness.



Administrative Support:
Prepare educational materials, manage event follow-ups, and ensure clear communication across teams.

Sales Support



Sales Meetings:
Maintain the annual distributor sales meeting calendar and coordinate materials with regional managers.



Event Coordination:
Plan logistics for distributor launches, trade shows, and regional trainings, including registration, travel, product orders, and venue arrangements.



Administrative & Reporting:
Track distributor sales initiatives, maintain databases, and ensure all sales support materials are updated and shared.



Expense Reports:
Track and approve expense reports for managers

Qualifications:


• 2+ years of experience in education coordination, event planning, and administrative support (beauty industry preferred).


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Self-starter.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident in liaising with internal departments, distributor partners and clients.


• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).


• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel/PPT.


• Passion for the beauty industry.
