*Summary*
'We are seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to oversee our concrete projects in the Tri-Cities area. This role is vital in ensuring project excellence, safety, and efficiency, aligning with our company's commitment to quality and integrity. The successful candidate will lead teams, manage schedules, and coordinate with clients and subcontractors.'
*'Responsibilities'*
' *Oversee daily operations of concrete construction sites.*
* Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project milestones are met.
* Manage schedules
* Enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards.
* Supervise construction teams to maintain high-quality standards.
* Monitor project budgets and control costs.
* Read blueprints and schematics accurately to guide construction activities.
* Ensure quality control throughout all phases of the project.'
* *'Qualifications'*
* 5 years experience in a leadership role.
* Concrete Expertise. Understanding materials, methods, and equipment.
* *Proven experience as a Concrete Superintendent or similar role in construction.*
* *Strong knowledge of construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6.*
* Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
* Deep understanding of OSHA safety regulations.
* Ability to read blueprints and schematics proficiently.
* Effective communication skills with team members and clients.
* Budgeting and project scheduling experience preferred.
* High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.'

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
