The Data Engineering team builds reliable, scalable systems that power data?driven decisions across the company. The team values openness, collaboration, and continuous learning. Responsibilities Designing and building scalable batch and streaming data pipelines using Apache Spark or Flink Developing efficient, production?ready code in Java, Scala, or Python Partnering with cross?functional teams to support new product launches and data needs Ensuring data quality, governance, and performance standards are met Mentoring and supporting teammates to strengthen technical and collaborative skills Improving automation, CI/CD, and observability across data systems
What were looking for
6+ years of experience in data engineering or distributed systems Experience using Apache Spark, Apache Flink, or similar frameworks Proficient coding skills in Java, Scala, or Python to build reliable and efficient data applications Advanced SQL skills to design and optimize complex queries across diverse datasets Understanding of orchestration tools such as Airflow or Dolphin Scheduler to manage workflows effectively Clear communication and collaboration in inclusive, cross?functional teams to achieve shared goals
Salary Range or On Target Earnings
Minimum: $124,000.00 Maximum: $271,200.00 In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed, Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration base salary, bonus, and equity value. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location?based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
