Job Duties:
Wash, peel, chop, slice, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and production requirements
Assist in preparing basic dishes, sauces, and components for service
Portion and package food items for storage, cooking, or service
Maintain cleanliness of prep stations, tools, and equipment
Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
Label and store ingredients properly to ensure freshness and minimize waste
Assist cooks and chefs with basic cooking tasks during service as needed
Set up workstations with required ingredients and equipment
Receive, unpack, and organize food deliveries
Monitor inventory of ingredients and notify supervisor when supplies are low
Clean kitchen surfaces, equipment, utensils, and work areas

Requirements
Job Requirements:
Punctual
Able to stand for a long period of time
Able to work well as a team player as well as independently
Experience with briskets is an asset
Attention to detail
Good hygiene
Work under pressure
Ability to multitask
Concentrated during work
Able to work mornings and weekends as well as holidays
Baking experience is an asset
Experience making sauces in big batches is an asset
Experience with briskets is an asset
