About

At Emburse, we're scaling fast — and so are the demands on our systems and teams. We're looking for a Project Manager to help us manage enterprise-wide initiatives with structure, clarity, and accountability. This role will drive high-impact projects across Emburse's business and systems, working with internal teams and external partners to deliver real results, not just checklists.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead enterprise-wide, cross-functional projects across business systems (Salesforce, Snowflake, Power BI, NetSuite, etc.)
  • Define scope, build timelines, manage risks, and drive accountability across internal teams and external vendors
  • Own project intake, planning, milestone tracking, and reporting — from kickoff through delivery
  • Coordinate execution with contractors, consultants, and internal resources
  • Deliver regular project updates to senior stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Use JIRA, Smartsheet, and internal tools to manage progress and surface blockers
  • Collaborate with the PMO team to strengthen delivery processes and promote execution excellence
  • Balance speed and structure as the company scales — building delivery rigor without unnecessary overhead

What You Will Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience leading complex IT, business systems, or enterprise software projects
  • Hands-on experience with data migration, systems integration, vendor management, and Agile delivery
  • Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce, NetSuite, Snowflake, or Power BI
  • Experience working in fast-paced, SaaS or tech-enabled environments
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities
  • A collaborative, delivery-first mindset — with the ability to lead without micromanaging
  • PMP or similar certification (preferred, not required)
  • Bonus: Experience with SOX, GDPR, or similar compliance-heavy environments

What Success Looks Like:

  • 30 days: Ramp up, build context, and understand the current portfolio
  • 60 days: Build relationships across teams, establish project rhythms, and take ownership of early deliverables
  • 90 days: Lead large, high-impact projects and help level up the team's delivery capability
