Responsibilities:
- Execute a range of warehouse duties, including picking, packing, sorting, and stocking.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and efficiently.
- Assist with receiving and dispatching of goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to established procedures.
- Adhere to all company policies, particularly those related to safety and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Perform inventory checks and assist with cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
- Report any equipment issues or safety concerns promptly.
- Support the overall logistics process through diligent work performance.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical activities, including frequent lifting of up to 40 pounds.
- Strong understanding of and commitment to workplace safety.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Dedicated to ensuring efficient logistics operations.
