Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory accurately.
- Stock and organize inventory within the distribution center according to established procedures.
- Pick customer orders using scanning devices or pick lists, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment, protecting products during transit.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and proficiently (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and Safety guidelines.
- Ensure the correct use and maintenance of all mandated PPE .
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or similar operational role is highly preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and be physically active for extended periods.
- Capability for frequent Lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics .
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace Safety and following instructions.
