Join our expanding team as a Distribution Center Associate in Las Vegas, Nevada! As a Distribution Center Associate, you will engage in a variety of tasks, including receiving, put-away, order picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Put away received goods into designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and other equipment.
- Pack orders for shipment, ensuring product protection and accuracy.
- Stage and load finished orders onto outbound trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Identify and report any operational inefficiencies or safety hazards.
- Responsible for consistent Lifting and movement of packages and materials.
- Understand and contribute to the overall logistics process.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Commitment to maintaining a safe workplace and following safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE. Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Must be able to handle Lifting requirements of up to 50 lbs. Basic understanding of logistics principles is advantageous.
