Job Summary:
Join our team as a Distribution Center Associate in Omaha, Nebraska, and be a key player in our fast-paced logistics environment. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our distribution center. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including picking and packing orders, receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining an organized and safe workspace. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team. We are committed to providing a safe and productive workplace, and we expect all associates to adhere to our strict safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners or other provided technology.
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
  • Stock received merchandise in designated locations.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, as needed.
  • Conduct inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
  • Identify and report any damages or discrepancies in inventory.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to Safety and security.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs consistently.
  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment and safety protocols.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic math and reading skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
  • Commitment to wearing required PPE and following Safety guidelines.
